Oversized items are shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure they arrive safely. We use heavy-duty packaging and custom crates where necessary. Shipping rates for boards are calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone.
What is your return policy for technical sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that technical gear that has been used in the water cannot be returned unless it is found to have a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer international shipping for sails and hardware?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred during the importation process. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Are the products covered by a warranty?
All new equipment sold by Wind-NC is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. This typically covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage from impact, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
