What is your return policy for technical sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that technical gear that has been used in the water cannot be returned unless it is found to have a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer international shipping for sails and hardware?

All new equipment sold by Wind-NC is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. This typically covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage from impact, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
