At Wind-NC, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next session on the water. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that oversized items like boards may require special freight handling.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
